to Elmo! Yes, things have changed. We went to our first "kid" concert at the Civic Center this morning. It was a far cry from the Widespread, Toby Keith, and John Mellancamp concerts but little Jimmy had such a great time. I couldn't really tell if he was enjoying it at the beginning because he was just sitting there watching without little emotion, but when they announced the intermission (yes, it had an intermission, we thought it was over!) and the lights came on Jimmy started crying saying he wanted "everybody" to come back. Same thing happened at the end. Needless to say he enjoyed it since he wanted more. We parents had had enough but I would do it again. We managed to get away with little swag (ballons, light up toys, stuffed animals, etc) but it was a great family outing. Our seats ended up being right next to Kelly, John and Hannah so that was fun.
